Network Rack
After recently upgrading my network equipment I found myself with a pile of gear stacked on the floor with cables pulling everything in different directions. I decided to design a small desktop sized rack to hold each of the components and keep everything organized.
Nothing special. I just made dedicated cutouts and brackets for each piece of equipment. I also added 8 network jacks on the front to bring the rear switch ports forward for easy access. By pure luck, the height came out exactly in line with my NAS which sits right next to it making for a very clean look.
The entire unit is 3D printed in one solid piece. With how warm this gear can run, I printed in PETG to avoid any potential melting
